Policies and Conditions Liability
Student World is not an employment agency, but assists students and Working Holiday travelers in finding job opportunities during their stay in Australia according to the rules and regulations that comply with either the Student Visa or Work Holiday Visa legislation.
I understand that Student World will arrange job interviews for me within a period of 2 or 3 months, according to my profile and interests. Securing a job will be dependent on my abilities (language skills and expertise), availability and my Australian visa restrictions.
The wage paid will be a contract between the employer and the applicant. Transport cost to and from work is at the employee's expense.
I am aware of the fact that neither Student World nor my education provider (in case of Student Visa) are responsible for any loss or damage caused either accidently or intentionally by me throughout the job placement process.
I, as a job applicant, acknowledge that I am not an employee of Student World or of my education provider (if student).
I understand that Student World is not responsible for contractual obligations between me and the eventual job provider.
I will pay Student World a service fee of AU$100,00 (one hundred dollars) on completion of 50 hours work (in one or more jobs) provided by SW.
No refund is available once you have paid the Student World Service fee after you have completed and received your 50 hours work provided by SW.
